Company History
THI was founded in 2001 by Ted Terrazas whose goal was to build an ethical, competent
team of professionals with experience and skills to be "Best in Class." That team would be the engine aimed at driving THI toward success and toward their vision to make America stronger and safer.
As a retired Medical Service Corps officer, Ted invested his military and business career working to make healthcare and technology delivery systems more responsive. Today, under his leadership, his original goal and vision is a reality, and that continues to be the reason THI is considered a
"Best Value" company - one that delivers quality services and optimal performance for its clients at very competitive prices. In fact, our proven track record for providing customer-focused benefits is critical to our continuing success that has seen THI's gross revenues rise significantly and continuously. Equally important, our customers have
recognized us locally and nationally for exceeding their expectations for service.
Our Customers
 Our customers range from federal, city and state governments to the commercial sector, which include the Department of Defense, Department of Veterans Affairs, U.S.A.I.D., Public Health, San Antonio Housing Authority, Texas Rehabilitation Commission and Commission for the Blind.
