GENIA SPENCER, SPHR
Chief Operations Officer (COO)

Ms. Spencer is responsible for prioritizing THI’s customer, employee, and company requirements, maximizing company resources, and driving performance measures for daily operations.
Before coming to THI, Ms. Spencer was Senior Vice President of Shared Services for Gentiva Health Services in Atlanta, Georgia. This division provides marketing, sales support, human resources, recruiting, compensation, and benefits, leadership development, and educational services to Gentiva’s 15,000 employees at 350 nationwide branches and corporate support centers. In addition, she has 15 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, and human resources for the health care industry.
Ms. Spencer studied engineering at Vanderbilt University, and earned a BBA in accounting and marketing from Florida Atlantic University. She is also a graduate of the Randstad Institute of Staffing’s Senior Executive Program, and has completed studies in service value at IESE Business School – University of Navarra, and inspirational leadership at the International Institute for Management Development (IMDB).
KENNETH W. LANDAU
Senior Vice President, Government Services

Mr. Landau directs the leadership of THI and its affiliated companies. For more than 30 years, he worked with government agencies as a specialist in contract procurement, human capital management, and public policy analysis, to blend the ideals of public policy with effective government contracting.
Before joining THI, Mr. Landau led the government division of a nationwide staffing company that received the U.S. Treasury department’s “Large Business Partner of the Year” award. He was also an independent public policy consultant and a public official in Los Angeles County. Through his extensive experience, he gained a thorough understanding of all Government programs as well as the legislative, regulatory, administrative, and political processes that affect them.
Mr. Landau holds both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.
SANDRA A. WARTHEN
Vice President, Contracts & Administration

Ms. Warthen supervises the administration of Government contracts, manages THI’s finance department, and serves as its Facility Services Officer (FSO). She has more than 26 years of experience in Government contract administration and proposal development.
Before joining THI, Ms. Warthen worked extensively with Department of Defense (DoD) agencies to help them create overhead rate structures as well as processes for human resources, recruiting, purchasing, security, IT support, and business development. She has been a member of the National Contract Management Association for more than 20 years.
Ms. Warthen holds a bachelor’s degree in management from National Louis University in Chicago, and certification in Procurement and Contracting from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia.
ROXANNE LANDREAUX
Vice President, Government Services

Based in the Washington, DC metro area, Ms. Landreaux is responsible for identifying opportunities and developing new business for THI with Government agencies. Within the IT field, she has extensive experience in information assurance and security, as well as quality assurance and risk management.
Prior to her career at THI, Ms. Landreaux worked with civilian and Government agencies to provide support for business development, information architecture, business IT alignment and testing, and program and project management. She served as Vice President of Communications for the Alamo Chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI), Vice President, and Publicity Chairman for the Armed forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA), and board member of InnoTech and Emerging Medical Technologies (EMT).
Ms. Landreaux holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio and a master’s in information technology from Webster University in Missouri.
BRUCE HOPPES
Vice President, Proposals & Business Development

Mr. Hoppes identifies contract opportunities and manages the production of all proposals for THI. He is also responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong business relationships with new and existing clients.
He began his professional career in the U.S. Air Force and held various positions in the Aircraft Maintenance field. His last assignment brought him to San Antonio where he was the aircraft manager for the Air Education and Training Command (AETC), supervising up to 300 military, civil service, and contract employees. Mr. Hoppes managed logistics support for equipment valued at over $8 billion, and was responsible for helping program directors develop strategies to improve aircraft maintainability, reliability, and supportability through hardware modifications and technical data improvements. He retired from the U.S. Air Force after 30 years of service.
Mr. Hoppes holds a bachelor’s degree in Technical Operations Management from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida.
BHARANENDRA (BERNIE) NALLAMOTU, PMP, ITIL
Vice President, Government IT Solutions

Mr. Nallamotu manages business development and serves as Program Manager for THI’s DoD clients based in the Washington, DC metro area, and supervises contracts with civilian agencies and the intelligence community. He has more than 18 years of IT experience in Government contracting and commercial industry.
Before joining THI, Mr. Nallamotu was a Program Manager at the U.S. Army Medical Information Technology Center (USAMITC), where he managed the daily operations of a $52 million USAMITC Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) contract and more than 130 on-site employees. He also managed daily operations of a $40 million Directorate of Information Management (DOIM) contract at Ft. Detrick, Maryland, with more than 54 employees at various CONUS sites. With the Corporate IT Team of ManTech, Mr. Nallamotu provided extensive production support for software application upgrades and patch/bundle applications, and held numerous positions of responsibility on other mission-critical projects.
